With points you progress through four levels, unlock fee discounts up to 50%, get access to higher limits and can redeem points for fee vouchers. There are also streak rewards (T-shirt, hoodie, live call with the founder) and a BTC raffle.

There is no cap — the more friends you successfully invite, the more points you collect and the faster you climb levels.

Was sind Wallet-Punkte? What are wallet points?

For every verified wallet you receive an additional 100 points. This applies to your own (self-hosted) wallets and to recipient wallets verified for Travel Rule compliance.
Note: Points are credited once we have confirmed the verification on our side. Until then they appear as pending.

Sind die Punkte zeitlich begrenzt? Do points expire?
Punkte sind 12 Monate gültig ab dem Datum, an dem sie verdient wurden. Die Uhr für deine Punkte startet mit dem ersten Punkt, den du sammelst — vorher gibt es nichts zu zählen. Solange du regelmässig aktiv bist, sammelst du laufend neue Punkte mit voller 12-Monats-Gültigkeit; die ältesten verfallen automatisch.
Wir warnen dich rechtzeitig: Genau 4 Wochen vor Ablauf bekommst du eine Email mit einer Übersicht der ablaufenden Punkte und Tipps, wie du sie noch einlöst (z.B. gegen Fee-Voucher).
Dein erreichtes Level bleibt davon unberührt: Was du erreicht hast, bleibt — auch wenn alte Punkte ablaufen.
Points are valid for 12 months from the date they were earned. The clock starts with the first point you collect — before that there is nothing to track. As long as you stay regularly active you continuously add fresh points with full 12-month validity; the oldest expire automatically.
We warn you in time: Exactly 4 weeks before expiry you receive an email with an overview of the expiring points and tips to still redeem them (e.g. for fee vouchers).
Your reached level is unaffected: what you have achieved stays — even if old points expire.
Was ist die BTC-Verlosung — und wer darf mitmachen? What is the BTC raffle — and who can participate?
Wickie veranstaltet eine monatliche Bitcoin-Verlosung als Werbespiel ohne Kaufzwang. Es gibt zwei gleichwertige Wege, an der Verlosung teilzunehmen:

Zählen NICHT für Tier-Lose (gebührenrelevante Aktivität): Punkte aus Transaktionen, Volumen-Punkte (1.000 € / 10.000 € / 50.000 €). Diese fliessen weiter in dein Level (Bronze→Silber→Gold→Platin) und in deine Voucher-Einlöse-Kapazität, aber nicht in die Verlosungs-Berechtigung.
Wenn du gewinnst, schreiben wir dir 1.000 € in BTC (zum aktuellen Marktkurs) automatisch auf dein BTC-Konto bei Wickie gut. Du musst nichts weiter tun — keine externe Wallet-Adresse angeben, keine on-chain-Gebühren, keine Wartezeit auf Bestätigungen. Die Gutschrift erfolgt binnen 7 Tagen nach der Ziehung. Du wirst per Email benachrichtigt sobald sie da ist.

Wickie runs a monthly Bitcoin raffle as a promotional game without purchase obligation. There are two equally weighted participation paths:
7-day streak = 1 ticket per month. Completely free, no points required, no transaction. Just open the Activate portal daily.
Eligible points determine the number of tickets. Points are not consumed — the balance stays untouched.
Both paths are equal. You can also combine them — your free-streak ticket plus your tier tickets.

Which points count for the raffle — and which don't?
Count toward tier tickets (free to earn): KYC, profile completion, wallet verification, streaks (3/7/14/30/60/90 days), social media, challenges, referrals, wallet points.
Do NOT count toward tier tickets (fee-related activity): points from transactions, volume points (€1,000 / €10,000 / €50,000). They still count toward your level (Bronze→Silber→Gold→Platin) and your voucher redemption capacity — but not toward raffle eligibility.
If you win, we credit €1,000 in BTC (at the current market rate) automatically to your BTC account at Wickie. You don't need to do anything — no external wallet address, no on-chain fees, no waiting for confirmations. Credit lands within 7 days of the draw. You're notified by email as soon as it's there.
Binding terms (T&Cs):
- No purchase required. Participation requires neither a purchase, subscription, nor deposit.
- No transaction required. Points from transactions or trading volume do not contribute to tier-ticket calculation.
- Points are not consumed. Your point balance stays identical before and after the draw — tickets are derived from your balance, they do not cost you points.
- Free-streak is equally weighted. The free path (7-day streak) is not a consolation prize; the resulting free ticket participates in the draw on equal terms.
- One person, one account. Multiple-account participation is excluded.
Who can participate?
- Currently Switzerland-resident customers only, with a verified Wickie account.
- Explicitly not available in: Germany, Austria, United Kingdom, and all EU/EEA countries.
- Extension to other countries requires a separate legal review per jurisdiction.
Regulatory basis: Promotional game without purchase obligation under Swiss Money Gaming Act (BGS Art. 1 para. 2 lit. b). Four safeguards:
- Free participation is always possible via the free-streak path
- Raffle points are exclusively earned from non-fee-related activity
- Points are not consumed for the raffle — no exchange or stored value
- Geo-restricted to CHE; other jurisdictions only after separate legal review

Wickie behält sich vor, missbräuchlich erworbene Punkte zu stornieren.

Wickie reserves the right to revoke points obtained abusively.
Was passiert mit meinen Punkten bei Kontoschliessung? What happens to my points if I close my account?
Bei einer regulären Kontoschliessung verfallen alle gesammelten Punkte. Vor Schliessung kannst du noch nicht eingelöste Voucher-Punkte gegen aktive Voucher tauschen, sofern die jeweiligen Schwellen erreicht sind.
Punkte sind kein Geld, nicht auszahlbar und nicht auf andere Konten übertragbar.
On a regular account closure all accumulated points are forfeited. Before closing you can convert remaining points into active vouchers if the relevant thresholds are met.
Points are not money, not withdrawable, and not transferable between accounts.
